UMNO: RM499 million Risda budget for administration development, but zero for poor Indians

Risda was meant to develop the rubber industries smallholders. But we know of almost zero Indian Risda rubber smallholders. And now Risda has expanded to high yielding Palm Oil, Fidlot cows, and even creating tid bits entrepreneurs.

But the poor Insians have been excluded to almost zero not only in Risda but also in almost all other of UMNO’s 450,000 ten acre land ownership schemes in Felda, Felcra, Mardi, Fama, Agropolitan, Kejora, Ketengah etc.
