STOP “SHARIAH 4 HIND” AT ONCE. CHALLENGERS AGAINST INDIAN DEMOCRACY MUST BE PROSECUTED.

Stop ‘Shariah for Hind’ Project at any cost. Arrest them who are against Indian Democracy.

India is a peace loving country and believes in its democratic stature and obviously the abode of the largest democratic system not for its administrative and political mechanism, but for its inbuilt democratic psychological structure of the majority people as upheld. In one word, the majority Hindu people here hermitically protects the democratic texture of India with caring all the interest and growth of the minority Muslim and Christian people in India that promoted the growth of the minorities here in all respect, since its political independence in 1947.

Though this holy land of Aryavarta, Bharat, Hind, Hindustan or India was divided as India and Pakistan on the basis of two nation theory as Hindustan for Hindus and the Pakistan for Muslims at the time of partition of our Mother Land, Hindus choose a democratic and secular state in reality, while Pakistan opted a basically Islamic country there. But, for its genetic generosity India is  now under the looming threat of Islamization in the name of full implementation of Sahriah under a project “SHARIAH FOR HIND”.

Actually, Shariah is the greatest threat to the Muslims in India equally than the Hindus as all the 72 sects  or 73 sects in Islam are protected in this soil in India, which is never seen in any Islamic country under shariah denomination. But, some fanatic propagators are trying hard to talibanize India and the Indian sub-continent through a crude propagation of Sahriah, curbing all civil rights of others.

The threat of Shariah upon Holy Indian Constitution is not a new one. The threats have been coming from outside for a long time since an alive Hakimullah Mehsud declares an Islamic invasion in India to make it a land of Allah or a Molla Omar declares a war (Jihad) against India to establish here a Dar-ul-Islam to liberate this land from the clutch of kaffirs. In recent, one faction of Islamists in Bangladesh, named Hizbut Tharir declared that they will bring back India again under Islamic rule. For its materialization the said Islamist Group tried a coup (19th January 2012) in Bangladesh as to utilize the military force of Bangladesh to capture India in their fantasy.  The another  fanatic Muhammad Sayeed of Jamaat-ud-Dawa declared a war against India to capture India for a Shriah State declaring Kashmir as a free Islamic bastion in  a Islamic congregation of 40 political and religious parties at

Lahore on 18th December, 2011 in the ground of Minar-e-Pakistan under an umbrella organization Difa-e-Pakistan, i.e. Defence of Pakistan. But, the Indian statesmen, politicians, civic rights bodies, intellectuals, interlocutors, public and religious figures all just ignore it. Anybody tries to raise the voice against this Islamic menace, is immediately branded as communal and a threat of secularism.

But, now the real threat of Indian secularism and democracy alias Shariah is right to rock the wall of democracy as believed as Indian Parliament put under an attack again on 3rd March, 2012 after its first attack on Indian parliament on 13th Dec 2001 by Lashkar-e-Toiba & Jaish-e-Mojhammad joint move to finish all the peoples representatives (Members of Indian Parliament) to capture India through an Islamic insurgency in India. But, still the politicians, administration, judiciary, intellectuals, media all feel too much sleepy and all the members of Indian Parliament (Bharatiya Samsad) are yawning in the ongoing sessions there.

But, a part of Indian patriotic and law abiding people are very much concerned to see a dramatic permissiveness of the Indian Political, Executive and Judiciary system, when this “Shariah for Hind”   Project openly declares:

(1)  After weeks of preparation Shariah4Hind would like to announce the official programme for the planned rally for Shariah, in the heart of New Delhi, India on 3rd March 2012.

(2)  We encourage all Muslims who have not already pledged their commitment to the event to ensure they abide by regulations set on the day. For those intending to garner further support for what is likely to be a momentous event we encourage you to download our flyer (to be provided shortly) and distribute them in key Muslim areas in India.

(3)  Muslims to occupy roads surrounding Indian parliament (Sansad Bhavan): Lokh Sabha Marg, Red Cross Road, Raisina Road, and Rajya Sabha Marg.

(4)  Muslims will be demanding the immediate return of the Shariah in the Indian subcontinent and their complete rejection of the Indian constitution.

(5)  All protestors will continue to occupy the area until demands are met. Rally of Muslims to rise and unite the Indian subcontinent under Islamic governance.

(6)  Address by Sheikh Anjem Choudary, Judge of the Shariah Court of the UK on the motivations behind the Shariah4Hind project including the declaration of a fatwa regarding Indian political parties.

(7)  Address by special guest speakers from India exposing crimes of the Indian government and why it is prohibited for Muslims to participate in the Indian elections.

(8)  Open invitation to accept Islam by former Hindu, Abu Rumaysah, who is now a key person of Islamic conversion and a senior representative of Shariah4Hind.2012

(9)  The End of Bollywood in 2012 and Bollywood will get the Axe under Islam and Shariah.
(10)  The eventual Islamic destruction of Indian Idols and Statues.

All these horrific destruction of the Indian structure of Secularism and democracy do not bother our system of Politics, Executives, Judiciary and intellectuals so far.

The International propagators of Radical Islam are permitted visa by Indian Government to use our soil to destroy our faith in secularism and democracy, but the same administration expelled Salman Rushdie from his expected participation in Jaipur Literature festival (20-24 Jan 2012) before the stanch protest of the Muslim protesters. This contradiction has a subtle meaning of Indian bow down to Islam, though unpalatable to speak or hear.

The process of expansionism of Islam in India through various means including the population explosion, demand for reservation in political, administrative and economic spheres, running the parallel education system in Madarshas and deemed Islamic universities, financial capture of Islam in the sectors of media, cheat funds and banking operations, spread of Jamaats (Islamic preaching parties)more than ten times than 1950 (the year of promulgation of Republic in India, since the Islamist are planning to make an Islamic Republic here), terrorizing the common people through blasts and attacks in the name of Jihad, all these are very prudently set under the present project of Sahriah for Hind as a part of Pan Islamic march to invade the world beneath one crescent flag of Islam.

But this open declaration for denouncing the Indian Constitution by the Indian Muslims (fomented by their Pan Islamic counterparts)  through an official permission from GOI to uphold Shariah for Muslims and the others afterwards under pressure is an unprecedented one. We should stop ‘Shariah for Hind’ at any cost’.

Girl chooses to go to jail again than stay with dad

Saudi daughter imprisoned for disobedience though she is 35-years old

Saudi police arrested a 35-year-old local girl just a month after she was released and court officials said it was her choice as she refused to return to her father.

The girl, an assistant dentist, was first arrested because she left her father’s house and lived with her divorced mother, saying he had refused her marriage and that he had a big family from the second wife.

The problem began when a man came to the girl’s house and asked to marry her but the father rejected him. When she protested and said she would go to her mother, the father threatened to kill her if she leaves.

“But she carried out her threat and went to live with her mother…police later came and arrested her after her father reported her for disobedience,” the Saudi Arabic language daily Sharq said in a report from the western Red Sea port of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia’s second largest city.

It said she was released after three months and handed over to her uncle but her father again insisted that she returns home.

“Police then gave her a choice either to return to her father or go back to prison…the girl chose prison,” the paper said, adding that relatives are trying to mediate a solution to the problem.

Asri: Politicians causing need for inter-religious guidelines

KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 19 — Guidelines for Muslim and non-Muslim interaction are needed as politicians have abused Islam to further partisan ends, a former Perlis Mufti said today.

Dr Asri Zainul Abidin (picture) said the increasing importance of Islam among Muslims was being exploited by the government and the opposition who accuse each other of being unIslamic, causing confusion as to what is sanctioned by the religion.

“Everyone, especially Muslims, use Islam as a tool. So people are now very afraid this or that action goes against Islam but they don’t know what real Islam is,” he told The Malaysian Insider at the sidelines of the Himpunan Ulama, Cendekiawan Islam dan Penulis Maya here.

The maverick scholar stressed the need to reform public perception of Islam and “translate” the emotional relationship between Muslims and non-Muslims now to one based on knowledge.

He said Muslims must return to “original Islam” based on scripture to address the current situation, adding that the proposed guidelines would help do this.

“If not, there will be Umno fatwas, PAS fatwas, PKR fatwas, DAP fatwas, non-aligned fatwas. Everyone will create so many things and say this is allowed, this is not. This is politics. They should talk based on knowledge instead,” he said.

The Ulama Association of Malaysia (PUM) said on Thursday official guidelines that govern conduct between Muslims and non-Muslims were needed to avoid any confusion between the two groups and to help people understand Islam.

PUM secretary-general Dr Mohd Roslan Mohd Nor said the guidelines will ensure those who did not have “authority” is Islam would no longer issue conflicting views and opinions.

The association recently urged Muslims to stay away from non-Muslims religious festivals following Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak’s visit to Batu Caves in conjunction with Thaipusam celebrations.

Perlis Mufti Dr Juanda Jaya cautioned today, however, that the guidelines must be very limited in scope and should only concern itself with religious rituals and not cultural observances.

He said it was necessary for Muslims to consult non-Muslims in order to properly differentiate between the two without conflating them.

“The ones who know whether it is a religious ritual or cultural practice is that race or religion itself... We should refer to the adherent of that religion and not to our own perception,” he said.

Juanda said Muslims should actually be encouraged to observe - but not join in on - religious rituals to foster mutual understanding between the different races and religions in Malaysia so that harmony can be preserved.

The involvement of politicians in religious matters should also be minimised so that race relations can be seen from a wider, more inclusive perspective, he added.

‘Inspect all Tamil schools immediately’

The Education Ministry must apologise for its negligence which resulted in the roof of a Tamil school collapsing.

KUALA LUMPUR: A furious DAP leader wants the Education Ministry to order the Public Works Department (PWD) to inspect all the 523 Tamil schools nationwide to prevent any further untoward incidences.

Sungkai assemblyman A Sivanesan was responding to reports that roofs in two Tamil schools  in Serdang and Simpang Morib had collapsed recently.

He said many Tamil schools were in the same situation as their buildings were very old.

“Most of the Tamil schools buildings were built during the British colonial period and  after 50 years the buildings are in deplorable condition and no more safe for student,” he told FMT.

Sivanesan,  who is the ex-Serdang Tamil School Parents Teacher Association (PTA) chairman, said Serdang Tamil School was formed in 1936.

He said in 1963, the federal government built a single story building for the school to accommodate its then 132 students.

As the student intake grew bigger, additional classes were built in the 80s and 90s.

In 2007 plan for more additions were approved but no attempts were made to pull down the old school building which continued to be in use to accommodate the new Standard One and Two student intake. The school currently has 700 students.

On Wednesday the roof of the school caved in and an upset Sivanesan said that it was caused by negligence on the part of the Education Ministry..

“The Education Ministry has been reluctant to replace the old building despite an inspection by PWD in 2002 which clearly indicated that the building is unsafe,” he said.

Ministry was aware of conditions

According to Sivanesan, on June 26, 2002, the school’s former headmaster K Ponniah had sent a letter to PWD urging them to inspect the old building and the toilet which were constructed in early 60′s.

“On July 27, we received a letter from PWD highlighting the leakage in the roof and the damaged wiring system.

“The school administration and PIBG sent several letters to the Selangor Education Department and Education Ministry seeking allocations for repairs.

“The ministry is aware of the seriousness of the matter but they kept ignoring our concerns for the safety of the student,” he said, adding that the ministry had consistently given excuses to avoid giving them a grant to replace the old building.

Now that the roof has collapsed, Sivanesan wants to know if the ministry will assume blame.
“Who is going to answer for the roof collapsing?

What if it had fallen on the students?

“We’ve been asking for funds for the last 10 years. Why is the ministry reluctant to give us funds to take care of the school?” he asked.

He said the Serdang school was a fully government aided institution and demanded that the ministry publicaly apologise for its lackadaisical attitude and carelessness which had resulted in the collapse of the roof.

Clean up your act first, Waytha told

Former Hindraf participants want Hindraf leader P Waythamoorthy to clear the air over the group's political stand and finances.

PETALING JAYA: A leader of a grassroots movement today lashed out at London-based Hindraf Makkal Sakti chairman P Waythamoorthy for criticising Prime Minister Najib Tun Razak’s efforts for the Indian community.

Action Team Force president and a former Hindraf supporter B Kalaivanar said Waythamoorthy should first reveal details of Hindraf’s accounts and its political stand before hitting out at Najib.

“A total of 196 were detained during the protests in 2007 and we never got funds for our court cases.

“The court cases finished last year and we forked our own pocket money. Waythamoorthy has been collecting funds overseas and no one knows any details of the ammount since 2008,” said Kalaivanar in response to Waythamoorthy’s latest criticism against Najib.

A BN critic-turned-supporter now, Kalaivanar defended Najib’s various policies that helped the Indian community, including giving out MyKads for those who were ‘stateless’ before, and ensuring that this group also receives financial aids.

Kalaivanar also queried how Waythamoorthy was living in the UK without holding a job, and questioned Waythamoorthy’s personal commitments to safeguard the Tamil schools.

Pressure Pakatan too

He further urged Waythamoorthy to make clear Hindraf’s stand in politics.
“If you are neutral, remain neutral (instead of bashing Najib in the media),” said Kalaivanar.

“If Waythamoorthy is a brave politician, he must be based here and oppose the government instead of issuing statements to the local media.”

Kalaivanar also dared Waythamoorthy to push Hindraf’s 18-point demands to Opposition Leader Anwar Ibrahim and DAP parliamentary leader Lim Kit Siang if he had the interests of the Indians.

“Why don’t you (Waythamoorthy) push for Anwar to announce the 18-point demands in Pakatan Rakyat’s election manifesto?” asked Kalaivanar who was a former Jerai PKR leader in Kedah.

He claimed that the Indian community did not gain anything even though they placed Pakatan Rakyat in power in several states in the last general election.

“Indians are not given privileges in the local councils. One of the 18 points was a demand to increase participation of the Indians in local councils but I haven’t seen that in Selangor and Penang,” Kalaivanar said.

Hindraf’s accounts

Before Kalaivanar, many other critics of Hindraf had also asked the movement to account for the money it had collected from the public, resulting in the movement releasing details of its accounts in January 2010.

Waythamoorthy had said then that all the money it had collected from the public was accounted for and dismissed allegations of misappropriation.

He also had said that Hindraf had paid a total of RM111,706.60 for fines for Hindraf supporters charged in court and for their travelling allowances and accommodation.

Najib Says He Upholds Islamic Faith In Respecting Other Religions

KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 19 (Bernama) -- Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak said today his every action at religious celebrations of non-Muslims in the country is in accordance with the permissible tenets of Islam.

The prime minister said he emulated the example set by Prophet Muhammad in showing respect for other religions without any breach of the Islamic faith.

"I uphold my faith. I also uphold my role as a Muslim leader. We must follow the ways of the Prophet in respecting the religions of other people without failing in terms of our own faith," he said when closing the 2012 National Assembly of Muslim Scholars, Intellectuals and Virtual Writers at the Putra World Trade Centre, here.

Najib said that in this way, Muslims and Islam would gain respect and the Muslim leadership would bring blessings to not only Muslims but also all the people in the country.

Touching on the statement by Perak Mufti Tan Sri Dr Harussani Zakaria on his (Najib's) presence at the Thaipusam celebration at Batu Caves recently, Najib said he was relieved when the former said that his actions had not contravened Islamic laws and that this was also confirmed by the National Fatwa (Edict) Council.

"I explained to him (Dr Harussani) why I was there and where I was at that time," he said, adding that he did not enter the (temple) proper or participate in the religious ceremony and that he spoke on the socio-economic issue of Indians of the Hindu faith.

How not to raise a question from the floor

Unfortunately, the most abiding memory of the Great Debate was this scene during questions from the floor.

Unfortunate because of the many other bigger issues she could have raised and because of the way it was raised. And unfortunately for her and her MCA, she probably did more damage to her party’s cause than whatever Guan Eng said.
Clearly, the lack of a culture of ‘live’ political debates has resulted in some people being unfamiliar with the basic etiquette involved in raising questions from the floor.
In this case too, the organisers – and future organisers – should evaluate how questions from the public should be raised. This is not to say that questions should be screened nor should those asking questions be devoid of passion or conviction.
But haranguing speakers should not be allowed, and questions raised should be relevant to the topic.
In this case, the topic was vague and weird (purposely to keep Malaysians divided or to suit the race-based agenda?), to begin with. And that made it all the more difficult to decide what was relevant and what wasn’t.
And how is it those asking questions were mainly from one side?
Let’s hope the next debate would be more about the respective politician’s vision for all Malaysians and the concrete policies to realise that vision. And let’s hope it is in a language that all Malaysians understand with more accurate and clear translations, televised live on free-to-air networks.
