Abuse in police custody

Isai Kumar was abused in the Police lock up by a policewomen who stuffed her boot into his mouth. (NST 7/1/2010 at page 21).

But as usual the Malaysian police would not prosecute the police criminals especially so when the victim is a minority Indian in Malaysia.
