Is Ku Nan saying there were Bangladeshis in Putrajaya?'

BERSIH TRIBUNAL Bersih 2.0 co-chairperson Ambiga Sreenevasan has asked if the BN secretary-general Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor is now admitting that there were Bangladeshi voters in Putrajaya due to his allegation this morning.

Tengku Adnan had made the
allegation that it was Bersih who ferried Bangladeshis into Putrajaya to vote during the May 5 election.

“Is he admitting that Bangladeshis were in Putrajaya? If that’s the case then it is a very serious allegation,” she told Malaysiakini.
NONEShe said that as such, Tengku Adnan (right) should repeat his claim in front of the People’s Tribunal on GE13 that is currently going on until Sunday in Subang, organised by Bersih.

“He should come here and say it,” she said on the sidelines of the tribunal today.

She also said that Tengku Adnan’s claims that Bersih was responsible for foreign voters was “outrageous”.

“We are shocked at the allegation,” she said.

“I can’t believe there is not a single person from BN who has come forward and bothered to listen to the people’s grievances during the tribunal,” she added.

“Why didn’t he say (make the allegation) earlier?” she asked.
