Former journalist and blogger Johari Ismail, who claimed to be the first to have discovered the Israeli link within the Bukit Aman Federal police headquarters, lambasted Opposition leader Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim for making public a national security issue.
He accused Anwar, who had made the revelations in Parliament on April 6, of bringing the issue up to gain political mileage.
Johari, who claimed to have lodged a police report on the Israel link on July 14, 2008, after a source told him about a serious security breach in the Royal Malaysian Police by Israeli agents.
"I lodged a police report because there had to be a formal complaint made in order for the police to act," he told reporters at a Press conference at the Putra World Trade Center (PWTC) this morning.
Johari said he did not make the matter public in the past as he was advised by police not to spread the story.
"This is not an issue everyone should know of and the police must be allowed to do their job."
"It is not for the whole world to know that the police have 'links' with Israel. The Opposition has no other issue to bring up and that is why they are trying to politicise this."
When asked how Anwar could have obtained this information, Johari said it would not be difficult for anyone to get a hold of his police report.
He also made the assumption of a possibility that police had leaked it to Anwar because "politicians have links with policemen".
On April 6, Anwar alleged in Parliament that agents working for Tel Aviv had worked as contractors at the Federal police headquarters in Bukit Bukit Aman’s communications server room.
He claimed that the agents were working for Asiasoft Malaysia, a sub-contractor engaged by Master Plan Consulting Sdn Bhd to upgrade communication systems for the police.
Anwar had named Police Director of Logistics Datuk Mahsuri Zainal as the person who made the allegation in a letter to the Home Ministry that was signed by an unnamed Special Branch officer.

You know that all Israeli citizens have compulsory army service requirements, so obviously this 2 guys had some military training. The entire article harps on the fact that these guys were Jews. Again 1 billione bolehland mullah! I did skim tru the Star and there was an article that said something about this PDRM coms upgrade (didn't quite connect your write up with that). The price quoted was 980 milliones in that article and was wondering coms upgrade that costs 980m. 9.8m is already too much!

Finally I have decided to start my OWN Citizen initiative to creat awareness on a " Voter-get-Voters" campaign ( with the blessing of MT ).I decided to print a 3 inch diameter and a rectangular glossy finished sticker with the following slogan
VOTER -get-VOTERS
Its NOW or NEVER
for a BETTER Malaysia
You can stick this stickers onto car back windscreen, read bumper, bike,helmets, bag,T-shirt,cap,computer, or even beer bottles or cigarete packing during social gatherings or activities whereby it can be a topic of conversation. In fact this sticker can be stick on anywhere you prefer..anywhere except public facilities. I take no responsibility if you guys stick on public places such as bus stops,lifts,shopping centers etc etc where the traffic flow is greatest as we are not operating as "BIG Ear Hole" read Tai Yee Loong read Loan sharks.
I shall sent to any commentators and readers who are keen to help me spread this message across the whole of Malaysia by normal post.And the good news is it is FREE of CHARGE.
