Nirshavin (6 months) hole in heart appeals for help of from poor Indians for an operation estimated to cost RM 458,000.00. (Makkal Osai 27/12/09 on page 3). The UMNO government has allocated RM 48 Million for Welfare help but this does not reach the poor and sickly Indians.
