High Chapparal: Investigative team to lodge report soon?

By ANil Netto

Things seem to be picking up pace.

The state investigative committee probing the High Chaparral issue appears to have uncovered some interesting information, possibly gleaned from various documents, including previous state exco minutes.

The investigative committee, headed by Deputy CMs Mansor and Ramasamy, could be on the verge of making a report, a media source tells me.

Meanwhile, Guan Eng is expected to hold a meeting in his office tomorrow with village reps and their lawyer Darshan Singh.

It is good that the CM is now meeting them. A fact-finding and familiarisation visit to the kampung itself would not go amiss either.
