UMNO’s RM 32.6 billion PTPTN study loans – Indians largely excluded

Even medical, dentistry and Pharmacy students of AIMST University are not given PTPTN loans. Most private college students are denied these study loans. Most importantly Malaysian Indian medical students studying in Ukraine, Russia, India, Indonesia, Romania, etc are denied these PTPTN study loans. Why? After all Malaysia has a shortage of doctors by 100%.
