2) ABOLISH STPM, CREATE ONE PRE-UNIVERSITY EXAM
FOR ALL IN ONE MALAYSIA
3) STOP RACE BASED HIGHER EDUCATION ENTRANCE
CRITERIA. PRACTICE NEEDS BASED CRITERIA
4) PTPTN LOANS FOR ALL OTHER ESPECIALLY POOR MALAYSIAN INDIAN STUDENTS.

DSC_3663We refer to the above matter and to our letter to your goodself dated 15/06/2010 and which was personally hand delivered at Parliament House on 15/06/2010 to your goodselves Special functions officer Dato’ Ghazali Ibrahim together with the result slips of 48 7As and to 13As high achieving students result slips together with 12, 639 signatures from members of the public supporting our aforesaid representation.
We regret to inform you that despite our specific request and the assurance by the said Special functions officer that he would try and arrange a meeting for us to meet the Prime Minister or Higher Education Minister or his Deputy or the Secretary General of the Higher Education Ministry or the Deputy Secretary General we have not had a reply up to date.
Kindly make arrangements for this our requested meeting on an urgent basis to amicably resolve this matter further to especially Article 8 (equality before the law) and Article 12 (no discrimination in the admission to public Universities) of the Federal Constitution.

In the interim we enclose herewith our latest and updated list of top students as at 23/06/2010 with 56 top students and high achievers having scored from 7As’ to 13As’ but who have been denied government JPA scholarships, University and Matriculation places for your goodselves appropriate action.
Kindly revert to us on an urgent basis with the requested appointment date as these top and high achieving students have to study.
