Transvestite found dead in Antalya home

A 46-year-old transvestite was found dead on Wednesday in his house in the southern province of Antalya.

Sedat Şendirekler's friends went to his house in the Muratpaşa district as they had not heard from him in a while. When he did not answer the door, they notified the police, who subsequently arrived at the scene and found Şendirekler dead with his throat slit.
Police have launched an investigation to find the killer.
