Today =

Irrelevant to this post, but couldn’t help including this image today!
Today, Mr. “Pendatang:
Umno Bukit Bendera mengadakan pemilihan baru 11 Julai ini — langkah bagi membolehkan bekas ketua bahagian Datuk Ahmad Ismail kembali memegang jawatan tersebut selepas dua tahun ‘berehat’ ekoran kontroversi didakwa mengeluarkan kenyataan rasis.
Day before, Mr. “Cina ni pelacur”:
Nasir Safar, the former special officer to Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak, has been exonerated by the authorities of stoking racial flames during his speech in Malacca earlier this year.
1Malaysia?
Wow. You can say whatever you damn well please in this country. Just make sure you’re not the poor reporter covering it :P
And further on that count, while Najib waxes lyrical of the billions and billions he wants to make (read: steal), here’s a hint on how it’s going to be distributed:
Prime Minister Najib Razak said he did not promise to do away with the affirmative action with regard to helping the Malays and bumiputeras when he introduced the New Economic Model
(NEM).
“I did not promise to do away with it. I promised a new approach,” he said during an exclusive interview with Singapore-based Channel News Asia (CNA) which was aired in Singapore last night.
Short question: Anything changed?
Short answer: Nope.
Let’s hope Pakatan does a better job of sticking to its reform agenda.
