Aminulrasyid's investigation papers resent to AG office

Investigation papers on Aminulrasyid Amzah,15, who was shot dead by police on April 26, have been resent to the Attorney-General's Chambers.

Selangor police chief Khalid Abu Bakar said the investigation papers were resent after Attorney-General Abdul Gani Patail asked police to further investigate the case.

The investigation papers were first sent to the Attorney-General's Chambers on April 30.

"We resent the investigation papers on Friday and are waiting for instructions from the Attorney-General's Chambers," he told reporters in Shah Alam today.

Aminulrasyid was hit by police fire after a high-speed car chase which eneded in Jalan 11/2G, about 100 metres from his house in Scntion 11, Shah Alam.

His friend who managed to escape is the key witness in the much publicised incident.

Meanwhile, Khalid said an investigation would be carried out on the disappearance of his official car although it had since been recovered.

"An investigation will be conducted to trace those responsible for stealing the car despite the apology note," he added.

The Proton Perdana V6 with plate WSY 6751 reported missing in Section 9 on Thursday was found in Prima Damansara, Petaling Jaya yesterday.
