The Court of Appeal will deliver its ruling tomorrow afternoon at 3.30pm whether it will legalize Datuk Seri Ir Nizar Jamaluddin or Datuk Seri Dr Zambry bdul Kadir as the rightful Mentri Besar.Both parties had submitted their arguments while the AG Chambers represented by AG Tan Sri Abdul Gani Patail claimed that the Perak State Constitution did not state anything with regards to resignation of Mentri Besar and agreed to follow the arguments submitted by BN Datuk Seri Dr Zambry's counsel.
We will need to wait until tomorrow to know?
