Candle Light Vigil in the honor of Murdered in Mumbai.
Why to mock a dead person when we do not do more than burning an innocent candle and an equally innocent match stick?
Ask any living being if being dead is any better than not being honored in candles. You will know.
Do the cold-blooded terrorists understand the language of candles or light or for that matter the language of Gandhi?
You know it better by heart by now. and if you think you do not know, stop wasting your utterly non-wasteable time.
So what exactly are we achieving by mocking the dead with candles?
We want to think of ourselves doing something for the victims, even if that is so impotent.
We don’t want to feel complete helplessness, so we go out and enlighten the world that look that’s what we can do.
Indians, do not let this pain wither away in the lights of candles. It is not an honor to the victims. Store this pain in the deep of your heart so that it can become the nerve of strength to think bold and act bolder.
Indians, do not think that Darwin was wrong in saying that only Strong and Fit will survive.
Indians, do not think that anyone else is going to fight for you while you are busy as lame duck wasting the candles which could very well be the lights to give the impoverished kids.
Indians, come of self-denial that it is not your right to act in self-defense.
