UMNO rice packet kosong politics for poor Indians

Very ably executed in collaboration with their MIC mandores.
But UMNO will not give land to these poor Indians, like the 422,000 ten acre land ownership schemes in Felda, Felcra, Risda, Fama, Agropolition etc. That is the only way to teach a person to fish and support himself rather than wait for handouts.
UMNO only has wayang kulit handouts and never a permanent solution for the Indian poor.
