KUALA LUMPUR: A lawyer, his brother and another suspect whose remand order ended Saturday have been rearrested — this time for the disappearance of Indian millionaire A. Muthuraja.
The three men are expected to be brought to the remand centre in Bukit Jalil Sunday, said Federal CID deputy director Deputy Comm Hadi Ho Abdullah.
Muthuraja, 34, was reported missing early this year. His disappearance has been linked to the three who are implicated in the murder of cosmetics tycoon Datuk Sosilawati Lawiya, 47, and three others.
Muthuraja’s second wife S. Usharani lodged a report about his disappearance at the Banting police station two weeks ago.
