Najib Says Yet To Sink Into Feeling Of Being PM

PUTRAJAYA, April 4 (Bernama) -- Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak said today he has yet to sink into the feeling of being prime minister.

"I've yet to sink into that feeling (of being the prime minister)," he told reporters at Sri Satria, the official residence of the deputy prime minister, here.

Earlier, Najib had accepted the Umno membership application form from former prime minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad who had rejoined Umno after he had resigned from the party almost a year ago.

Dr Mahathir's wife, Tun Dr Siti Hasmah Mohd Ali, and their son Datuk Mokhzani, had also submitted their forms to rejoin Umno.

After Dr Mahathir and his family, including sons Datuk Mukhriz and Datuk Mirzan, had left, Najib obliged reporters and photographers by posing with them for photographs.
