KUALA LUMPUR, April 10 (Bernama) -- The People's Progressive Party
(PPP) has submitted its list of candidates for the 13th general election
(GE) to Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak.
PPP president Datuk Seri M. Kayveas said the party was interested in contesting in Penang, Perak and Kuala Lumpur which consist of four parliamentary and 12 state assembly seats.
"Our selection of seats were based on field studies carried out by the party," he told reporters after PPP's 59th anniversary celebrations here.
