Selangor Will Not Approve Land Development In Bukit Raja

SHAH ALAM, Jan 5 (Bernama) -- The Selangor state government will not approve any application for land development in the Bukit Raja Industrial Area in Klang which has been handed over to the Federal Land Commissioner.

The decision was made at the Selangor Economic Action Council (MTES) meeting chaired by Menteri Besar Tan Sri Abdul Khalid Ibrahim yesterday, said the Selangor government in a statement issued here Friday.

It said the state government would not allow any land development in the area, except for the construction of army training camps, as was agreed to at the meeting.

At the MTES meeting, the Menteri Besar was informed that all land given to the Federal Land Commissioner was reserved for army training camps.
