KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 7 (Bernama) -- Jesyntha Clarene Isreal, who was wanted by police to assist in the investigation into the murders of Datuk Sosilawati Lawiya and three others, surrendered herself to Dang Wangi police, here Thursday.
According to the Royal Malaysian Police official Facebook, Jesyntha came to the district police headquarters at about 5pm accompanied by a lawyer before she was detained by police.
Recently, the police through its Facebook, released information on the 27-year-old woman as she was believed to have information which could help solve the high-profile murder case.
Media reports have also linked Jesyntha to one of the murder suspects.
Sosilawati, 47, her driver Kamarudin Shansuddin, 44, CIMB branch officer Noorhisham Mohammad, 38, and lawyer Ahmad Kamil Abdul Karim, 32, are believed to have been murdered and burned after they went missing on Aug 30.
Following this, police arrested eight suspects on Sept 9 and 10.
