The paid Jawatan Kuasa Kerja dan Keselamatan Kampong (JKKK) personnel are the grassroots eyes of the Malay-sian government (SH 28/5/10 at page S12). But they will choose to sidestep or overlook the Indian poor. UMNO leaves the MIC branch and Division mandores to do their usual wayang kulit illusions and contortions. In return they get some peanuts, sub-sub-sub of a small contract, etc.
Which wayang kulit contortionism is now able aped by PKR, DAP and PAS in Selangor, Penang and Kedah.
Thousands of poor Indians suffer and live in misery as a result of this UMNO, PKR, DAP and PAS ommission policies.
