This Commission will see the absorption of government agencies like the Commercial Vehicle Licensing Board and Department of Railways into one commission. (The Star 17/5/2010 at page N 4).But UMNO keeps a Malay muslim as the No. 1 and CEO to continue the deserving and needy Indians from being granted the due licences and permits for lorries, taxis, Express buses, tourist vans airport limousines etc.
This is UMNO Prime Minister Najib Razak’s One Malay-sia.
