Hulu Selangor Hindu Cemetary desecrated by PKR Selangor and PAS Kedah, but Chinese cemetery accomodated within UPM grounds

Age old tradition in maintaining Chinese graves. (See Star Metro 1/04/2010 at page T6)
Almost all the Hindu cemeteries in Malaysia are on government land as most of them were granted during the British colonial days and never gazetted as a Hindu cemetery as had been done for all muslim cemetaries. Or the Hindu cemetery land just “disappears” from the face of the Register Document of Title during the 53 year old UMNO regime.
But even under the P.R’s, PKR, DAP and PAS state government in Kedah, Penang, Selangor and earlier in Perak did not/had not cared to alienate land further to Section 76 of the National land Code to all these Hindu cemeteries merely by the stroke of the pen of the Menteri Besar and Chief Minister. It just takes two seconds to sign the gazette papers but P.R. has already been in power in Kedah, Penang and Perak for over two years now.
In any country it is the duty and responsibility of the local authorities vis a vis the state governments to alienate land and grant titles to cemeteries and give it the due decorum it deserves. In the Ladang Batu Pekaka, Kuala Ketil Hindu cemetery, the Kedah PAS state government ruthlessly and with impunity desecrated the local Hindu cemetery to make way for their University Insaniah. But there is a Chinese cemetery within UMNO’s University Pertanian Malaysia compound existing right up to date (see picture below). Even UMNO was willing to accommodate a chinese cemetery within the university grounds, without desecrating it or having it moved elsewhere!
In this instance who is more cruel? PAS or UMNO?
In Hulu Selangor a Hindu cemetery was desecrated by the PKR Selangor state government with impunity. Sinar Harian reported that the bones were strewn all over.
And the UMNO government too has had a 53 year old history of desecrating Hindu cemeteries with impunity. In fact it is this UMNO culture that PKR and PAS have assiduously followed in Selangor and Kedah.
By virtue of Article 11 of the Federal Constitution (Freedom of Religion) and read with Section 297 of the Penal Code (Trespassing on burial places etc) which carries a jail sentence of up to one year, a Hindu cemetery cannot be desecrated. But UMNO’s Attorney General in furtherance of UMNOs’ racist, religious extremist and supremacist has and will never prosecute either UMNO or PAS and PKR. Why?
Because the Indians are soft targets?
Our way forward is the Indian political empowerment strategy – The way forward.
