They will have to report to the Ampang police on June 10 as part of their bail.
DAP supremo Lim Kit Siang said he has spoken to Lee, his parliamentary aide Lim Swee Kuan and DAPSY political education chief Ooi Leng Heng after they were freed this morning, adding nine were the worse despite the police ordeal.

Lee and 15 others were arrested as police crack down on the candle-light vigils that DAP organised over what it called the death of democracy in the Perak political impasse.
Police have thus far arrested 27 people in the three candle-light vigils held thus far. On Friday, police freed five lawyers and 15 detained in a previous vigil.
Police also took Ooi to the DAP national headquarters in Petaling Jaya last night to seize a personal computer and 19 DVDs in its investigations under the Printing Presses and Publications Act.
The DAP said the raid was done without a search warrant and was unprecendented in its 43-year history, demanding prime minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak to apologise for the police action.
The DAP is to lodge a report against the police with national human rights body Suhakam tomorrow.
