The prosecution wants the case to be heard in the High Court, while the defence team has objected because the application was made by the Attorney-General Tan Sri Abdul Gani Patail, a man whom Anwar has accused of tampering with evidence in a separate case. Anwar is charged with sodomising his former aide Mohd Saiful Bukhari Azlan. |
